このポジションは、2025年10月1日開業予定のインターコンチネンタル札幌のプレオープニングチームの一員として、2025年7月〜8月に開始予定です。
1日の業務内容:
IHGでは毎日異なる業務が発生しますが、主に以下の業務を担当していただきます。
● 熱意のあるホスピタリティプロフェッショナルチームの管理、指導、育成 ● 高い基準を設定し、それを超える新たな方法を見つけることで、ゲストと企業の体験を向上 ● フード＆ビバレッジの品質基準を管理し、責任あるビジネスプラクティスを遵守 ● F&Bマネージャーや財務チームと密接に連携し、予算を設定・監視・改善し、収益を向上 ● 少なくとも2つのF&Bアウトレットやキッチン、複数の従業員を監督するマルチタスク業務
What’s on the menu for your next career move? As our new Food and Beverage Outlet Manager you could be in charge to ensure our guests enjoy a truly memorable experience – whether they’ve worked up an appetite at our All-Day-Dining restaurant or are just joining us for their favourite hot beverage.
This position is planned to start in July/August 2025 as part of the pre-opening team of the soon-opening InterContinental Sapporo (October 1st 2025)
A little taste of your day-to-day:
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
● Managing, coaching, and developing a team of committed hospitality professionals
● Delivering exceptional guest and corporate experiences by setting high standards and finding new ways to exceed them
● Managing food and beverage standards to deliver against our commitment to responsible business practices
● Working closely with the F&B Manager and Finance team to set, monitor and refine budgets and drive revenue
● Multitasking to oversee at least 2 food and beverage outlets, kitchens – as well as a number of employees. -

| 応募資格 |
● ホテルマネジメント、料理(Culinary Arts)、または関連分野の学士号または同等の資格 ● 関連業務経験2年以上（マネジメント経験含む） ● 日本語必須 ● 地方自治体が要求する認定または許可の取得が必要 ● Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in Hotel Management, culinary arts, or related field ● 2+ years’ related experience, including management experience ● Must speak local language ● Must obtain certifications or permits as required by local governmental agencies. |
