  • 業務内容
  • Maintain positive relationships with local and international media/influencers.
    Make proactive approach to create relationships with local media/influencers that we do not have strong relationships with.
    Work closely with regional PR agencies for international media stay and coverage.
    Write and effectively distribute press release to media for relevant topics based on our strategies in all categories (e.g. Hotel overall, F&B, Spa, Rooms & Community Activities).
    Maintain and control our branding policy in messages and photos that publicly communicate via media/influencer coverage.
    Maximize the exposure and maintaining the brand image by focusing on meaningful high-quality media/influencer coverage in large coverage volume.
    Manager hotel’s social media posts and campaigns with a social media agency.
    Manage all proofreading process and each articles/material to be in line with MOTYO’s branding policy and MOHG BCM.
    Manage media and hotel’s official photo shooting sessions and maintain our branding policy; prepare cut list, necessary items, schedule and liaison with other departments and operations.
    Analyze each media/influencer and find statistics and trends; evaluate what is working and investigate more opportunities.
    Conduct market and competitor research to analyze MOTYO positioning and competitors’ activities.
    Attend meetings and gather necessary information, take meeting minutes and prepare presentations or assist DOM in creating presentations.
    Assist DOM in establishing relationships with external companies/communities for potential collaboration opportunities.
    Maintain factsheet, press kit and media contact list most up to date.
    Ensure adherence to MOHG BCM for all hotel materials.
    Work closely with MOHG Reginal Brand Director and Group Social Media Manager as directed by DOM.
    Translate necessary documents as required.
    Control all expenditure to be in line with hotel’s business activities.
    Liaise with other departments and guests as required.
    Perform any other reasonable duties as required by the DOM.

応募資格
-Experienced in PR (including social media management press release writing, holding media event and international press trip, local and international media and influencer relations for coverage, managing photo shooting) over three years in luxury hotel or brand.
- Japanese language native and English speaking and writing more than business level.
- Capable of handling multi tasks under pressure and tight schedule.
- Can work with people at all levels and under different circumstances.
