MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist in the pre-opening support for the new property on setting up the maintenance serviced and coordinate with the key stakeholders to deliver training to the outsourced staff smoothly
• Work closely with pre-opening project team on the operations and delivery of relevant equipment
• Responsible for the completion of all maintenance services required
• Take regular meter reading, reports
• Monitor and maintain all hotel systems as assigned
• Maintain inventory controls of equipment, tools and spare parts
• Responsible for 24-hours emergency maintenance services as scheduled
• Work within expense limits established
• Assist in monitoring all work being performed by contractors
• Maintain professional image and friendliness towards hotel guests and staffs -
