• 厨房スタッフの監督、トレーニング、シフト管理、チームワークの推進を行う。
• ペストリー・ベーカリーの製造、メニュー、衛生管理において高い基準を維持する。
• フード＆ビバレッジの方針、衛生・安全基準、日本の法令を遵守する。
• 食材、人件費、在庫コストを管理し、予算作成や収益予測を支援する。

Supervise kitchen staff, training, scheduling, and teamwork.
Maintain high standards for pastry and bakery production, menus, and hygiene.
Follow Food & Beverage policies, safety standards, and Japanese regulations.

| 応募資格 |
• ペストリー・ベーカリー分野で10年以上の経験があり、管理職レベルの業務も担当。 • ペストリー・ベーカリーの高度な技術に加え、日本の食品安全法、衛生管理、アレルギー対策、ServSafe基準に精通。 • BULATSレベル2の英語力を有する。 • 宗教上やその他の食事制限・嗜好に対応可能。 • 組織運営能力、リーダーシップ、コミュニケーション力、柔軟性を備え、業務課題の予測や計画が可能。 Over ten years of progressive experience in pastry and bakery production, including management-level roles. Strong expertise in pastry and bakery, Japanese food safety laws, hygiene, allergy prevention, and ServSafe standards. BULATS Level 2 proficiency in English Knowledge of religious and other dietary requirements and preferences. Strong organizational, leadership, communication skills, flexibility, and ability to forecast and plan ahead. |
