施設管理部が関わる社内の様々なプロジェクト(例えばレストラン改装など)をリードして頂いたり、社内や外部ベンダーとの折衝、施設管理部の上記業務のサポートなど幅広くご担当頂きます。
日本語・英語両方のスキルが必要です。
1. Preparation of scope and specification of work requests for new works, modification works, alternation and addition works, renovation works or CAPEX projects in the Hotel.
2. Communicating with other departments including purchasing department to seek quotations, cost proposal and all necessary information for new modification works, alternation and addition works, renovation works
3. Negotiating with vendors to get the best offer for new modification works, alternation and addition works, renovation works
4. Planning, organizing, scheduling and managing in-house engineers and / or vendors for all new works, modification works, alternation and addition works, renovation works or CAPEX projects from design stage until work completion to meet a luxury level of work efficiency and qualities.
5. Supporting Engineering Operation, Maintenance to handle, carry out regular inspection and maintenance work for engineering system whenever necessary.
6. Supporting Duty Engineer shift with flexible duty shift assigned by the Management whenever necessary.
7. Ensure all work processes and arrangement meet the Hotel’s Fire Life Health Safety Security & Environment (FLHSSE) policy and procedure, Japanese local laws and regulations, statutory rules and regulations, rules of thumb and all necessary standards.
8. Work with all other operating departments to ensure that all guest comment and request are attended to in accordance with the LQE standards.
9. Liaises with Engineering Manager / Assistant Chief Engineer / Chief Engineer on any equipment / machinery not functioning properly and which is likely to lead to breakdown.
10. Understands and complies with the Departmental Rules and the Hotel Policy and Procedures.
11. Complies with Hotel’s Fire Life Health Safety Security & Environment (FLHSSE) Policy.
12. Contributes with ideas in finding solutions for improving engineering systems within the complete Engineering Department.
13. Maintains a good relationship with Guests, other Departments and fellow Engineering colleagues through the consistent display of outstanding LQE skills.
14. Be environmentally friendly, reduce waste, recycle when possible, and reuse whenever applicable, comply and follow sustainable goals from the Hotel and Hotel Group.
15. Assumes other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time.
