Ensure adherence to MOHG BCM for all hotel marketing channels.
Maintain and control our branding policy in all messages and photos.
Liaise with MOHG to keep MOTYO homepage most up to date and increase traffic and online appearance.
Analyze online performance report (MOTYO homepage, eDM, SNS) and plan proactive digital marketing campaigns with a view to maximize revenue.
Plan and distribute eDM that are suitable for local and global distribution; liaise with MOHG for distribution to global database.
Establish strategic plan to increase number of effective database and maintain the database with MOHG.
Build relationships with local and overseas social media influencers and seek out opportunities to collaborate.
Manage contents and photos on 3rd party booking channels; work with Director of Revenue.
Monitor guest comments on SNS and reply to comments on Trip Advisor; work with relevant department heads.
Attend bi-weekly marketing meetings and Spa meetings and weekly F&B meetings; gather necessary information and prepare presentation or assist DOM in creating presentations; ensure to have meeting minutes done for each meeting with rest of Comms team members.
Gather market information and relevant news by Google Alert, newspaper, online media, blogs and social media channels; share them with in bi-weekly marketing meeting.
Lead/Assist DOM in managing photo shooting sessions by professionals; prepare necessary items, scheduling and liaison with other departments and operations.
Assist DOM in establishing relationships with external companies for potential collaboration opportunities.
Manage all proofreading process and each material to be in line with MOTYO’s branding policy and MOHG BCM.
Translate necessary documents as required.
Control all expenditure to be in line with hotel’s business activities.
Liaise with other departments and guests as required
Perform any other reasonable duties as required by the DOM
