RESPONSIBILITIES – MISSIONS
Responsible to onboard hotels on the Market Place of AccorHotels.com according to a process provided by management
Be the exclusive referent of a portfolio of independent hotels on Accorhotels.com marketplace.
Responsible for area coverage.
Will be the central point of the communication within our organization (On-boarding team, technical team, customer success team, Accorhotels team).
Will be responsible to animate her/his portfolio: propose to the hotels services proposed by Accorhotels. Actively participate in developing Accorhotels commercial operations.
Responsible to track allotments, availabilities, quality and supply on each hotels of the portfolio.
Rate checks and competitor checks.
Help hotels to improve their distribution on Accorhotels.com marketplace in order to increase the revenue of her/his portfolio.
Keep in constant contact with her/his hotels (via telephone/emails/face to face meetings).
Delivering high level of customer service.
Actively participate in various projects within the department.
A strong focus should be done on on-boarding follow-up. -

Skills Has excellent communication and problem solving skills. Experience within e-travel and/or hotel/travel industry. Takes responsibility and ownership. Is passionate about helping customers. Is fluent in both written and spoken in English + local language. Business driven. Positive attitude. Team player, motivated and enjoys to work in e-travel and hospitality industry. Experience within e-travel and/or hotel/travel industry. Pro-active and can work independently. Flexible, strong analytical skills and an eye for detail is require for this position. This position require 25% of travel. |
